Complete refurbishment and reversion of four flats back to single house to form a modern family home.

Originally built in 1904, the house had been converted to four flats in the 1960's. McFarlane Latter designed and managed the comprehensive refurbishment of the building. Internal walls and existing services were removed to permit the re-planning of the interior together with construction of a substantial modern extension. The project utilized quality materials and finishes to form a contemporary family home of character and substance.

Recent additional works include the completion of a stylish cocktail bar in the Games Room.
