McFarlane Latter completed an extensive extension and alteration of a three storey, detached, Victorian family home in South West London.

The project involved the demolition of an existing single-storey side extension and conservatory and the erection of a new single-storey rear extension, single-storey side extensions to the east and west elevations and replacement of the conservatory. Internal walls and existing services were removed to permit the re-planning of the interior including opening and extending the Kitchen, Breakfast and Day Room and allowing for the creation of a new Playroom and Cloakroom.
