Fit-out works combining two existing units to create offices, workshop, and training facilities for Yamaha Motor UK Ltd. The construction included the creation of a new reception area and showroom on the Ground Floor with management offices and meeting rooms directly above.

Open plan office accommodation was provided at the First Floor including an existing mezzanine floor with direct access to the workshop facilities.
